This paper seeks to explore the significance of Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies in relation to future technological education and their effects on organizational intelligence in Jordanian universities. As technologies become an integral part of learning process and there is a tendency towards developing smart educational system in future, universities will be forced to use innovative human resources strategies aimed at encouraging knowledge transfer and organizational learning. In this paper, I will use the method of quantitative research based on using a set of questionnaires sent to the staff members of several Jordanian universities. The results obtained from the study showed that such HRM strategies as training and development, improvement of digital competencies, performance management and practices of leadership have positive effect on various aspects of organizational intelligence, namely knowledge acquisition, quality of decision-making, adaptability and innovation capacity. Also, the implementation of future technological education practices contributes to the relationship between HRM strategies and organizational intelligence because it creates more dynamic technological learning environment.
